Stanley Sneed, Retired American Red Cross Executive, a new volunteer with MedicalCARE, Inc., residing on St. Croix in the Virgin Islands - I am a retired Executive Manager, having spent 40 years developing and managing technology in Not-for-Profit organizations. Twenty-four of those years as the IT Manager and CIO with the American Red Cross in San Francisco Bay Area and over a year as the Executive Director of the American Red Cross Virgin Islands Chapter. I retired from the Red Cross in 2005. I continue to volunteer with the Red Cross as a Disaster Worker and Board member. I occasionally consult with organizations on managing the business of technology as an organization. My avocation has been working as a Photographer and Videographer, photographing and recording people, places and things. A few of my St. Croix photographs can be seen here. My current interest is sharing my knowledge and skills with those who are interested. I volunteer with community organizations, organize fun and collaborative events and occasionally bringing members of our community together on the beach to review independent films.
